Solution · AI voice agents

Phone conversations that work with your team, not against it.

We handle the repeatable, capture what matters and hand over what needs a person. Every agent is implemented around your workflows and your limits.

Feature availability depends on the provider, configuration and agreed integrations.

Capabilities

What a voice agent can do.

Not every feature is available in every project. These are the capabilities we assess and configure for your case.

Answer inbound calls

Initial service with a greeting, an objective and a reasonable waiting experience for the caller.

Handle common questions

Answers based on approved information, with limits on what the agent may state.

Capture structured details

Name, reason, need and consent, ready for the next step in the process.

Qualify opportunities

Agreed criteria to distinguish informational enquiries from opportunities that need follow-up.

Handle appointments

Availability checks and booking where a calendar integration and clear rules exist.

Hand over to people

Transfer or notify the right team, with a summary and conversation context.

Connect to your systems

CRM, helpdesk, telephony or internal tools through APIs and webhooks where viable.

Work in several languages

Spanish and English as a starting point, subject to the voice provider’s capabilities.

Real scope

What we do not promise.

Credibility also means explaining limits. Before we start, we make clear what the system can and cannot do.

  • We do not replace your team or guarantee that every conversation can be automated.
  • We do not promise universal integrations: they depend on APIs, permissions, licences and the provider.
  • We do not guarantee availability, call volumes or specific savings without a measurable agreement.
  • We do not invent information: the agent only uses approved sources and hands over when it cannot answer.
  • We do not assume legal compliance: each deployment requires review of legal bases, disclosures and retention.
  • We do not present custom project work as a finished product.

Where it often makes sense.

These examples help imagine the fit. Feasibility is confirmed with your data, systems and business rules.

Implementation

From the first call to a supervised launch.

The process is designed to reduce uncertainty: first we understand, then we design, test and only then go live.

  1. Discovery

We analyse call types, available information, systems involved and service limits.

    Deliverable

    Case map and success criteria

  2. Design

We define the conversation, approved answers, data to collect and handover rules.

    Deliverable

    Script and handover policy

  3. Integration and testing

We connect telephony, data and tools, and test real scenarios and edge cases.

    Deliverable

    Test plan and issue log

  4. Launch and improvement

We launch with supervision, review conversations and adjust against agreed metrics.

    Deliverable

    Review report and next steps

Integrations

The conversation does not end with the call.

Value appears when data reaches the right place. We assess each connection before promising it.

Telephony

Numbers, transfers and routing within the agreed infrastructure.

Calendars

Availability checks and appointment creation where the API allows.

CRM

Contacts, opportunities and notes with the structure your team needs.

Helpdesk

Creating or updating requests with the call context.

Internal systems

APIs and webhooks to connect your processes with controlled permissions.

Notifications

Alerts to the team or customer through the channel we agree.

Feasibility depends on each provider’s APIs, licences and permissions. We do not claim partnerships or certifications.

Trust

People, privacy and supervision.

A useful agent is not one that does everything, but one that knows when to stop and who should take over.

Human handover

Explicit rules for passing to a person when the case requires it, with context and without friction.

Caller information

Transparency about the use of an automated system and how to request human support.

Minimum data

We collect only what the agreed case needs and define retention and access.

Supervision

We review quality and errors during launch and in ongoing improvement.

Frequently asked questions

Specific questions about voice agents.

If your question is not here, we can address it in the first conversation.

Talk to us
How long does an implementation take?

It depends on the number of workflows, integrations and review cycles. We do not publish a generic timeline: after discovery we propose a plan with milestones and assumptions.

Can I choose the voice provider?

We assess providers by language, quality, cost, privacy and technical capability. If you already have infrastructure, we review whether it fits before changing it.

How do you prevent made-up answers?

We limit sources, define approved answers and establish safe exits. We also test out-of-scope questions before launch.

Are calls recorded?

Only if decided and disclosed in line with applicable law. Each project defines purpose, legal basis, retention and access.

Does it work with my current phone system?

It may, if the infrastructure supports integration or call diversion. We check the technical details of your telephony before committing to anything.

Let’s assess your case

Is automating your calls worth it?

We review the call types, systems involved and service limits. If it is not a fit, we will tell you.
