How we work

Working with Lurvian should be predictable.

An open process, documented decisions and clear limits. Technology is one part; collaboration is the other.

We do not promise timelines or outcomes that are not agreed in writing.

Collaboration principles

Clarity before, during and after.

These rules are not decoration: they define how we make decisions and how we avoid surprises.

Transparency

We explain what the system does, what it does not do and what depends on third parties.

Explicit scope

Each phase has agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Documented decisions

Workflows, assumptions and relevant changes are recorded.

Evidence over opinion

We test real scenarios and review results before expanding.

Ownership and exit

We define what the client controls and how to continue without unnecessary dependency.

People in the loop

Handover and human review are designed from the start.

The process

Four phases, each with deliverables.

Not every phase is equally long, but none is skipped. The goal is to reach launch with as few surprises as possible.

  1. Discovery

We review goals, calls or processes, systems, data and constraints. We identify what is worth doing and what is not.

    Deliverable

    Scope document and success criteria

  2. Design

We design conversations, workflows and handover rules. We review sensitive cases and approved answers with you.

    Deliverable

    Functional design and reviewed script

  3. Integration and testing

We connect tools, test real scenarios and log issues. We do not activate a critical flow without evidence.

    Deliverable

    Test plan and acceptance criteria

  4. Launch and improvement

We launch with supervision, review quality and adjust. Continuous improvement is based on agreed metrics.

    Deliverable

    Launch review and improvement plan

Collaboration

What each side brings.

A project works when both parties know what is expected. This is what we need from your team and what you receive from us.

What we need from you

  • A person with decision-making authority and availability to review.
  • Up-to-date information about services, hours and approved answers.
  • Access to the systems or APIs to be integrated, with valid permissions.
  • Clear criteria on what the system should handle and what it should hand over.
  • A technical or business contact to resolve questions.

What you receive from us

  • A written scope with assumptions, limits and deliverables.
  • The conversation or workflow design before implementation.
  • A test plan with scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Operational documentation and supervision recommendations.
  • A post-launch review and next steps.

We do not work with promises of unmeasurable outcomes or integrations we have not been able to verify.

After launch

Launch is not the end.

An agent or workflow changes when the business changes. Periodic review prevents a useful solution from becoming obsolete.

Quality review

We analyse conversations or runs to detect errors, ambiguity and improvement opportunities.

Workflow adjustments

We update answers, rules and handovers based on what we learn.

Scope evolution

We expand cases only when the foundation works and there is a clear reason.

Handover and documentation

We maintain the information your team needs to understand and supervise the system.

Expectations

What we do not do.

Setting limits is also a form of professional respect. These are the things that are not part of our model.

Talk to us
  • We do not guarantee savings, volumes or conversion rates without agreed measurement.
  • We do not sell an integration before checking APIs, permissions and feasibility.
  • We do not hide provider dependencies or recurring costs.
  • We do not activate critical workflows without testing and supervision.
  • We do not use client data for purposes that have not been agreed.

Let’s begin

A first conversation usually clarifies a lot.

We review the case, open questions and a reasonable next step. If it is not a fit, we will tell you.
